What is the best PC Tv Tuner with component input?

Hi, I'm in the market for a pc tv tuner with component input. (R,G,B) I can't find one and its really shitting me. Please help xD I love leadtek and similar, so pref, that would be best :D My budget is under $100 - It must be a pcie x1 card also. Thanks :)

Hauppage has some that will do it with a converter from component to their input. The Colossus for example. I don't think you're going to find any on PCI-express with direct component input, the form factor is too limiting.
