I need to scan and email documents, sometimes up to 150 pages. What scanner is the best for this since I will?
-
I send disclosures to clients and would like to be able to scan up to 150 pages and send them by EMAIL .... When I do this the file is usually super large. If I use my office one it is fine, but I want to buy one for home. Thanks

Answer:
Scanning at 200dpi is definitely a good idea as already listed. You should look for a scanner that can scan both sides of the page at one time & has a fast throughput. I know Fujitsu has dual side scanners that are fast that you might want to look at. Check out their Workgroup or Departmental scanners.

Check out something like Plusek PS286+ and scan at 200dpi in B/W and create a PDF. Each page should be about 60KB.
