I would like to make nail polish for resale. Where can I buy clear polish to use, preferably wholesale?

I would like to make polish for myself and to sell in my upcoming Etsy shop, but I don't want to use the clear nail lacquer of a major company (as I'm sure that's not only wrong, but illegal). Surely there has to be a site or place that sells clear nail lacquer for this purpose, I just can't seem to find it! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can't use clear nail polish to make homemade nail polish. None of us etsy girls who make indie lacquer use clear nail polish. You have to search for special lacquer base and buy solvent glitters that won't sink to the bottom of your lacquer base. Clear nail polish will be a disaster and a waste of money, I'm telling you that from experience - my first batch of polish I used clear nail polish, loose eye shadow pigment and glitters and I couldn't sell any of them because they didn't come out good at all. Lacquer base is really hard to find now, and all the companies we're buying our base from is all sold out and backordered because for some reason everyone wants to make nail polish now. The next shipment for lacquer base at the site I use is May and she's already almost all filled with pre-orders. Try Diamond Cosmetics, I was told to go there from another indie polish maker.
