How much trouble can you get in for driving after curfew?

Im 17, if i leave the house to go to a party and come back before curfew can I get in trouble?? Plz answer?

Well basically theres a party tonight and ive left the house for weeks before and my parents got me on lock down so they wont let me go, im 17 almost 18 if i leave the house without my parents permission to go to a party and come back before the state curfew can i get in trouble??
