Any suggestions on a wireless home theatre system?

Want to buy a LCD TV and a Home Theatre system. Any suggestions, which one would be best, budget abt 55K INR?

  • I am in India, and want to buy a LCD TV (40-42 inch, not 32 inches) and a Home Theatre system. I am not looking for Sony or Samsung, as they're highly priced. I would instead be happy with Toshiba or Panasonic, but confused with so many different model numbers, and features. Suggestions please. My budget would be max 55K indian rupees.
