Is Pando Media Booster safe to download?

Pando Media Booster wont work?

• I'm trying to download Mabinogi and Lucent Hearts on my laptop but they both say "Starting Pando Media Booster" and after an error comes up saying "Your system is currently not allowing access to our servers. Check your Firewall and/or security software setting to allow PMB.exe to run.". I checked my Windows 7 Firewall to see if its enabled though it and it is. 4 times actually. And the only security software I have is Avast free Antivirus but i'm not sure how to check if it's enabled though that. I've looked at the help page on the Pando website and it said to shut down Pando Media Booster and restart the downloader/s. I did that and it worked last night but today it wont work when I do that anymore. I ran a test for Pando Media Booster and all of the 4 ports failed. Could that be part or the full problem to the downloaders not working? How can I fix this? thank you.

  if your dlolading Lucent heart i think your doing it via direct client? try it via some external link if pando booster wont work and yes its a work around but atleast u dont have to go crazy trying to resolved the issue as for your said issue i suggest uninstalling pando booster completely and double checking first if there is any left on the computer then dload it again
