How do I locate my web cam on this lap top?

I have a Toshiba 2007 Windows Vista laptop with an inbuilt web cam but I can't figure out how to pull it up. I have tried going to the control panel but no luck, can anyone help?

Toshiba calls there web cam "Crystal Eye". Look for that in the Start menu.

I found the best bet for this is going on Skype r even chat roulette this will let you see that it's there and working. It's quite hard to find the settings etc on the actual laptop.
