Bluetooth Dongle Problem?
-
Hello, I have got a Bluetooth dongle/adapter problem. I'm running on Windows XP SP2 and I have just brought the 'Compact Bluetooth™ USB adapter'. I have pluged it in and wanted to connect my bluetooth mic. However it didn't work. I have also tried with my Blackberry phone and it seems like the bluetooth only works while activation and it disconnects when the detection is complete. Any solutions? Thanks, Adrian

Answer:
XP SP2 has a sort of bluetooth driver built in, but it probably isn't the right one for your device. Unfortunately it's quite difficult getting windows to use anything other than it's own default. You have to remove the driver in use then re-install the correct one
