Where to buy steamboats?

Which laptop to buy? And where should I buy it? (Ottawa)?

• My 7 years old computer broke down a month ago and I wanna buy a laptop. Although, I don't know which brand to buy. It's mostly for internet and work, but I also like to play a few games once in a while. My friends told me to go with Toshiba, which is what they have. I also don't know where to buy it : Future shop, Best Buy, Staples, etc. Where do you think is the best place to buy a laptop? Where can I get the best costumer service? I'm jinx when it comes to electronic stuff, they often broke down in the first few months and I have to get it fix or change it for a new one. So, I'm looking for a place where the costumer service is the best one! FYI, I'm not interested in buying out of Internet, getting an Apple or a tablet.

  The best place for me to buy pc is Best Buy because the employee helped to find me a computer. The difference between apple and tablet is apple has lots of apps and less game and for tablet is the oppisite of apple.
