Why Mozilla firefox crash very frequently in my PC?

I tried to remove for reinstalling the 'Firefox' using 'add' 'remove' programme.Frequent try for 'remove' does not remove it from the system.How to reinstall then ? Can any body guide me. Why it crashes frequently? Thanks for your time.
Answer:

first delete mozilla folder from c:program files..........and also from add or remove programs........if you like it reinstall it.......or use IE9 or Chrome.......
