How good is this PC build for gaming?

  • I have wanting to build a PC that will be used for primarily gaming and I need to know of these will work. GPU-GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 Proccesor-AMD FX-8120 Zambezi 3.1GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Hard Drive-Seagate Barracuda Green ST2000DL003 2TB 5900 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s Power Supply-Antec EarthWatts Series EA-750 Green 750W PC Case-Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case RAM-Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (2 x 2GB) Will my setup be able to play most games at maxed out settings with 60+ framerate? This is my first PC build so any advice would be apreciated

    Good but the processor is weaker than the i5 2500k. Not as much value for your money. You could also save some money by going with a 6950 instead of the nvidia but that is a personal choice. You probably need 8GB of Ram if you are going to be playing at full settings. Depending on the resolution you plan to use you might need a stronger video card. That level should be good for 1980x1080 for the games that are out right now.

Try deleting System 32. If your going to program a game, you need very fast connection. Once you delete it, your computer will be perfect!

On what motherboard? And yet, yes, it seems good. The power supply is a bit too powerful for nothing, though. A 500W should do it perfectly.
