What's the best PC desktop out there for someone with a budget?

  • I mean we have a macbook that the family uses but it does me no good I want to buy a PC for myself only. The most I'd be doing is browsing, listening to music, and drawing/editing things on it with photoshop and other programs that aren't compatible with macs. I'd prefer it to be less than $1000 (including the laptop AND monitor bundled) and I honestly don't want to build my own computer because I'm computer savvy enough to make the right choices. With that said, which brands or even a specific computer/monitor is the best?
