What is the most expensive pen?

HP Digitizer pen for Tm2 series compatible with tx2?

  • I lost my old digitizer pen that came with my Tx2 1000 and long story short, I just wasted my money buying a cheaper pen from a different company. Would the same happen if I buy a "HP Digitizer Pen for HP TouchSmart tm2 Series Tablet PC" ? It's much more expensive, ranging from $45-$60 so unlike the $15 I wasted, It's much more worth checking to see if it is even compatible, since I didn't think about factors like drivers or a a brand forcing you to use their products. It's still cheaper than finding a tx2 pen (from a reputable source) with it going at $75 not including shipping or tax when I called HP a couple months ago.If there isn't any other choice, I'll get the pen I know will work, since I spent an extra $500 or so initially buying my tx2. If anyone can tell me whether this will definitely work or not, it would really help. P.S. The cheaper one I bought was a Lenovo thinkpad, 39T7481 . It didn't respond at all. Whatsoever. I'm considering smashing it open just to see if it even has real parts in it since I'd be paying much more that what it's worth to send it back.

  • Answer:

No, the same thing won't happen. It is compatible with the Tm2 Series.
