What does it mean if a domain name is linked to a website?

I have this website that tracks ip addresses of visitors to my Tumblr blog and it says one of the views was linked to the website of a University. It says domain name: then the website of this Uni. What does this mean? Does that mean this person opens my Blog from a uni computer or what? Btw the place of this person is pretty close to this uni(prolly in the dorm) I really need to know this. It's rather important

It sounds to me like someone was logged into their account on one of the university's computers - nothing to be concerned about.
