Which graphics card is better?

Which graphics card is better NVIDIA GT 520 graphics card or a AMD HD 6450 graphics card?

  • I really don't know which graphics card is better for gaming like minecraft, BF3, Skyrim, COD etc. I am mainly going 2 use it for gaming and some video editing and surfing the internet.

The 6450 is only marginally better than the GT 520. Both are absolute garbage for gaming and I would recommend saving up for at least a 6670.

Game? If it so, then pick AMD HD 6450 =) NVIDIA is great for 3D rendering, since they have something (I don't remember) that boost high task job. But for gaming AMD is the best option.

lol. are u on a serious budget constraint or something? u wont be able to run even 10fps with those cards in BF3..at 720p. If u can, aim for a gtx560ti or higher in the 2nd hand market (no point getting it new now as it is gonna be phased out and prices are still very high). if u got the cash, then wait for the newer kepler series coming out this summer. An alternative is using the EVGA step up program
