How do you install the theme HYBRID and make it look a certain way on WORDPRESS?

Hi, I have just set up an account on wordpress.com I am completely new to this. I would like to install the theme called 'HYBRID'. i have downloaded it onto my computer, but now I have no idea what to do. I read somewhere that I need to set up an FTP? Can i do this on any FTP provider? For now i have done so via 000webhost.com but I can change. How do I connect that to my wordpress site? ULTIMATELY, i want my website to look like this one: thehurtinghearts.com I saw in the source code that the HYBRID theme is used, so im going from there. If anyone can tell me how to make my site look like this instant 10 points!! Please help!

You cannot install a third party theme on wordpress.com. You can only use the themes they offer thru their backend. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ edit --- You can get your ftp userid and password from 000webhost, but your domain will not point there, you will need to find out how to point it to 000webhost in order for it to work. Look around on the 000webhost site: they should have instructions for everything you need. I must warn you: the hybrid theme is not for beginners.
