How do I get my monitor to support my video card?

Best video card for the money?

  • I just built a pc and I am currently using the on-board gpu but i feel like it's too outdated/slow so i want to buy a new video card for under $200 My specs are as follows: Intel i5 2500k (not overclocked, still trying to figure out how to do this) 650w psu Dynomo P8Z68-V LX MoBo 1920x1080 Monitor (not sure sure about this) it's around this resolution I will mainly using this for photoshop, adobe premiere (minor video editing), and most of all League of Legends (I want the vid card to be able to run this game on High settings @60 fps) And i am planning to get this video card: ASUS ENGTX550 TI DC TOP/DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card Is this good? any other suggestions for under $200? And i prefer Geforce vid cards but any suggestions are welcomed Thank you!
