Where is download manager in opera?

Is there a download manager which can provide unlimited (or a lot of) connections to server ?

• i am a student and our university connection speed is highly shared between a lot of computers . i want a download manager which can use a lot of (or unlimited) connections to the server when its downloading a file to gain most of the bandwith when downloading . usually i use idm but it can only download from maximum of 16 connections and its not enough at all . i found it out when i was downloading several files with idm , download speed didn't decrease !! (its not download speed limit) . so if i can find a download manager which can download a file with let say 100 connections to the server (instead of idm's 16 connections) i will be able to use a lot more bandwith of our extremely shared connection . so is there such a download manager ? where can i find one ?? oh and one other thing .... someday one of my friends told me about a download manager called getbot which could download with almost unlimited connections to ther server . but it seems that getbot wont work for me !
