How can i charge my psp its completely dead and the usb setting is off and i dont have the charger?

well my psp is completely dead and i dont have a charger and the usb charge setting is off so i need help my cousin lives next door and he has a psp ide use his but hes gone for the weekend and hes the only 1 i know who has 1 i dont want 2 by a new charger just get battery life enouch to be able to turn it on and the usb charge setting on so wat should i do?
