How do I cancel phone service?
-
I need to cancel my phone service thru AT&T. My phone is shut off thru them cuz I switched to straight talk. But I can't suspend my service unless I have an active phone. How do I cancel my service altogether??
-
Answer:
I wouldnt advise anyone to use straight talk..they have been constantly transferring their customer numbers to other customers phone without the customer premission or knowledge. Their customer service sucks!!! The company reps are all overseas and could care less about satisfying a customer! You will also have to wait at least two weeks to receive a sim card in order to be able to use your phone once they transfer your number to someone else and its likely that u will not get your old number bak.
