How to repair a floor jack?

Stereo Headphone jack Repair?

• I own a pair of JVC HAM5X's and one i day i accidentally bent the headphone jack, which resulted in the Right speaker going fuzzy, and i needed to keep twisting the jack for both speakers to work. I lent my Headphones to my brother and he bent the jack again. There's no sound coming out of the right speaker. Is there an easy solution to fix this, or do i need to get my Wire Strippers,Soldering gun out and buy a replacement headphone jack? (I know how to replace one.)
