How to talk to a guy?

• I am going to spend the night at a really fancy hotel soon and me and my friend are going to try to get some cute guy's number's, but I don't know how to aproach a guy to get him to talk to me, and give me his number, and I'm not the world's best flirter. I don't know what to wear either when I go there and try to get their number's. I have a bunch of random shirts, but I don't know what to wear because I am a little bigger. I want to make them like me though, and actually want me to text them, and I don't want to seem desperate when I am asking them. I don't know if I should just casually walk up to them and be like, "Hey, my name is Kayla. What's your name?" or if I should just kinda walk by a couple of times and say "Hey, I was wondering if you knew where blah blah blah part of the building was?" Like I said though, I don't want to seem desperate. Plus, I am not the prettiest of girls, so should I wear some makeup to kind of hide that or should I just go as myself? And with what I should wear, I don't have a lot of really fancy clothes. I have a bunch of random t-shirts, one pear of dark jeens, and a couple of shirts that have funny things on them. I do have quite a bit of shorts though, but like I said, I am a little bit bigger with my waist, arms, boobs, and legs. I don't want them to think I am a slut, cause I am not, and I don't know when it comes to flirting if right off the bat when I talk to him I should flirt my *** off. I really need some tips, and help!!!!! Please!!!!! I am not a whore, or a sLUt. I really do want to try and keep some of these guys as friends though, and one of them I am planning on dating.

  hey gurll! so i was in your exact spot soo many times in my life! i think u should just go up to him casually and say "hey what's your name" or anything like that because it's just a conversation. just pretend that he is another one of your friends, that always helps for me. just be yourself. just start off with a simple conversation. thats all it takes, because after that first conversation, it all will be sooo much easier. ive learned from experience that if you don't say anything to a guy, its really hard to make them your boyfriend if that is your goal... and since you see one of them as potential boyfriend material..
