How do you heal and move on from a broken heart?

Please help i need to heal my broken heart but i dont know how?

  • i was in love with a guy ive met in about 4months ago we broke up in 10days ago i still love him and i told him i love u he but he answered :sorry i dont feel the same way....it broke my heart i cry everynight when i hear some love songs....how can i heal my heart what should i do to forget about him....we do text to each other sometimes but always i start texting because i do miss him alot ....i should stop please i real need help what should i do?

    I'm in the same boat right now :( Breakups suck :'( I was with the guy for 4 years though. But from what I'm experiencing right now, all you can do is just cry and move on. It's really hard to move on though. I imagine it'll be even tougher for me cuz I'm not used to this whole being single thing, it's really weird. I have to think of how I used to be before I met the guy. And that's what I'm doing, except with all the new things I've accomplished the past 4 years. I think you just need to keep active, keep your mind busy, and just live your life. Apparently you're supposed to just start to forget about your ex's after a while. Who knows how long it takes though. Ugh. I hate this :(

think of that time he did something bad, or blamed u for something. list his imperfections and talk to others about their opinions on him. get enough info in ur head that this person isnt so special and that it was not worth the trouble. dont talk to him anymore because he might saying something rude or cute to get a reaction leading u on and making it worse.

I think u moved to fast and u should never say I love u first until ur absolutely sure the guy feels the same. U were only dating four months and u r expecting to much. Hold ur horses ur way over the top. Those feelings develop with time. Dont expect it all at once. U seem like the type who goes to relationship-love-marriage-then talk of baby all in one month. If u to get back together dont say i love u again until he says it first. Hold urself like a woman with self esteem and not some women who falls apart because a man doesnt love her. So what he doesnt have feelings of love its not like he said i dont want to be with u. By all means if u find it neccesary to date other people then do if u dont think the relationship will grow. U better get it together later and get some back bone. Learn the way these men think and the games they play. If u dont every man that u date will drag u down by breaking ur heart. Who knows this guy may not even be the right one for u.

Im sorry....it sounds like you really like him sorry i mean love him..idk why he doesnt say it back maybe hes not ready to love im not for sure but i know you dont want to hear this but he keeps treating you bad then maybe you should move on...best of luck.....can anyone answer my latest question please
