How would you start a social life and date women @ 21 if?

• - You've been under the roof of anti-social parents - Haven't had any friends in life due to strict home rules - They taught you under the bad influence - You have no social experience either I'm 16 and read an article on this where certain parents tell there kids you are going to start living your social life at 21... How do you start with no experience!!!!!!! High school was the time you should've made friends, they should let there child out to learn how to socialize at a very young age... If he doesn't start early he will be accustomed to living the same live his parents have lived and will be difficult to try to bond and form new relationships with the world.......
