How can I stop being a shy person?

• I'm a really shy and I've always been shy since I was little. That's why I find it hard to talk to new people or even boys that I like. But around my friends I'm somewhat a different person because when I'm with my friends I'm not shy. I just talk alot with them and Im usually very loud sometimes. But this year I'm not that shy unlike last year! But when it comes to talking to this guy I like right now I get sooo shy!! Can you give me tips and advice on how I can stop being shy wether it's around new people I don't know or my crush?? Thanks!

  First of all, don't be shy always try to be confident just like how you are with your friends. Since nobody's perfect, your imperfection is what makes you stand out from the crowd and it makes you more confident and be more you. People like loud and out going persons, meaning they love talkative persons because they're much likely getting along pretty well with others and you sound like one so don't be shy and be confident as much as possible cause it'll get you more friends and don't mind what the others would say, let the true you shine within.
