Are the 200's seats, good seats, at the Allstate Arena in Chicago,IL?

So I'm wondering if the 200's seats are good seats, because I want to buy tickets for One Direction. The other seats I know they may be better but they are more expensive. So yeah, which seats are good in the 200's area??
