How do I plan for a huge expensive trip?

How to plan a trip to Disney World? Help!?

• For my birthday this year (possibly) we're planning on meeting up with friends once we get there. But for a week, we're going to be traveling in an RV. And I was wondering how to plan everything out. I'm 18 by the way, and it's my first time to Disney World. I might be kind of old to get excited to go to Disney world but hey I don't care I love Disneyland, I've gone there numerous times before like 3 times a year pretty much since I was 1. But this will be the first trip I'm going to Disney World. We will be traveling from California for one week, driving there. But I'm wondering if there are any sight seeing spots along the way and how many days we should stay at each spot. And how long will it take to get across Texas?? Because I feel like after we get across Texas and going throughLouisianaa and the states close to the top of Florida, it won't be that long after that. How should I plan everything out? I'm really into planning for a trip, so I'm going to be giving the information I have to my mom and dad and tell them my plan. What are the main sights and places we should defenitely stop at, and what rides and I need to know everything about everything about Disney World. What rides, shows etc.. I need a lot of help on planning this big trip. Since we'll be gone for a total of 2 weeks. Thanks for the help :)

  Well, it takes roughly a day to cross Texas, I suggest random trucker stops to stay at (since they have the best diners and lavatories available) . Make stops at McDonalds for food on the way of course, because that good old imposter meat lasts for months. Then after you make it past Ohio take a left and go to Jimmy's chicken house and acquire a hat (you'll know which one) then proceed to Disney world for maximum fun!!1 Oh, and don't forget that there are starving kids in the streets.
