What type of attorney do I need?

What type of attorney do i need if i believe ive been wrongfully charged and convicted of a crime?

• i served probation in 2005-2007. paid fine ect of over 600. then in 2012 im told i have a warrant for probation violation. i go to jail spend 18 days there. in court i was told i had to pay a fine of over 600, after i was released i contact them to arrange payment to only be told they cant find anything on it. then 4 weeks later im contacted and told that the fine was equal to what i had already paid during my probation and that the distract attorney had just picked up that very day where i had pay everything in 06. so why did i spend 18 days in jail and what do i do. i feel i am owed something for there screw up.i did what i was suppose to do at the time.i want this off my record since it was previously paid there should not have been a charge to begin with
