Where can I buy longboard wheels and trucks package for around 30$-50$?

I am living in Canada and want to buy longboard wheels and trucks for around 30$-50$ (I've got a low budget). All those generic eBay trucks and wheels are trash. You would have to buy something used if you want it to be that cheap.
