Can you give some some tips for 3 base kickball?

One, I am not an ACTUAL kickball player- this is pretty much only my second time. This is just some end of the year activity- a kickball tournament room vs. room. I'm unfamiliar with the rules. I have trouble not getting my ball caught. The small field we play in limits my kicking ability (getting fouls as a result of the ball out of field) * I'm good at 5 Base but now the rules are a little different and 3 bases is harder. Please give me the rules?
