Legal question about a law suit.

Question about pending law suit...?

• Alright, about 6 years ago I was in an elevator accident with my father. It was a terrible experience and I road I have never road in an elevator again except for about 5 months ago to go to my deposition. I had experienced a horrific fall from the jerking of the elevator resulting in me falling and hitting the left side of my neck to hit the railing protruding out of the wall. I now have permanent damage in my left arm and have horrific numbness and tingling in my arm and a degenerated disk in the left side of my neck. My lawsuit has been pending for what will be 6 years in September. My family is in debt and I want to help them get by and get a car and pay medical bills with the money. I am suing 3 people I believe. My question is how much do you think I will actually get from this insane freak accident. I am petrified that I will get barely anything because of my terrible luck. I have a lawyer and it has been almost 6 years. Will someone please tell me how much you estimate I will receive? I have proof of this happening and all of my doctors bills and notes. There is nothing they can do for me they said. PERMANENT DAMAGE. So I no longer went to the doctor about it. It was possible for surgery to fix my posture, but I didn't want it. During my deposition I was questioned about my physical therapy and doctors visits and why I stopped attending them after 2 years. Because the damage is done and nothing helped and there is nothing they could do for it. Please help me stop worrying about how much I will get because I have hospital bills and I need to help my family. Thanks so much!
