Can you be a criminal lawyer to become a judge?
-
I want to become a Criminal Lawyer but i want to advance to become a judge and i was wondering if i have to become a normal lawyer to do that or i could be a criminal lawyer instead
-
Answer:
There is no difference between a "normal" lawyer and a criminal lawyer except in the area of law that they practice. They have the same degree and relatively same legal education (varies by school). So in short you just need to become a lawyer.
