The Smell of Curry!!!!?

• Hi i live in a Guyanese household. I'm a teen girl and the only person in my family who cooks curry is my mother. she cooks it at least once a week. it annoys me because I hate the smell of curry but I still eat it. I can't tell my mom to stop cpoking curry because it is like a family culture to cook it. So my friends come to my house and say it smells like curry, even days when my mom doesn't even cook it. It annoys me. Then when my mom cooks it, she doesn't even open the windows up so I have to do it. And not all the time I'm there to do it soo.. yeahh. now because of that, my clothes, my school bag, and my books reek of curry because my friend tells me. it's embarrassing. But I can't smell the smell because I am used to it I guess. and I tried everything, we buy freebreeze, we open windows sometimes and I hate my room and clothes smelling like curry. even after I wash my clothes, the smell goes back to curry!!! and when I put perfume on, I don't even smell it on me because I think I'm used to the curry smell so I alway waste my perfumes spraying it over and over again on me at school so I don't smell like curry. I hate it when I waste my brand new good perfumes. and as much as I spray, I can never smell good. So how do I myself get rid of the smell of curry on myself and my clothes, and bags. Oh yeah and my cousins mom also cook curry sometimes and they live in a smaller house than me. My aunt opens the windows and doors when she cooks curry. and when I go to her house, it doesn't smell like curry. it smells really good in her house and when I smell my cousins clothes, it smells like really good and they don't smell like curly so what should I do?? the curry smell= turn off. Im uncomfy buying my friends at sho because of my smell. and

  Keep the window open in your room, and get large plastic bags and keep your school clothes stored in the plastic bags after you have washed them. Make sure you keep your closet door closed and your bedroom door closed. There are also products you can get to hang in your closet that should help. You will find them in the laundry section of any large store such as Walmart.
