How can I get my sleeping pattern back?

  • For the last 3 weeks my sleeping pattern has been stuffed. I had 2 weeks holidays, and for the first week of those holidays my sleeping pattern was normal, but my second week is when everything went down hill. I have tried going to bed around 10-11 pm, but I just lie there and around 2 am I get so bored I get up and do stuff and then by 4:30 am I'm tired and fall asleep. At 8:00 am I have to get up for school, and when I hear my alarm I just turn it of and go back to sleep because I'm so tired, and then I don't wake up until 2pm. Please help, how can I brake through this pattern, I have missed a week of school because of it. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

    FACT, The only way to reset your Circadian Rhythm is to pull an all night-er and go to school and do everything you got to do to stay awake until 9pm the following night, After you do that you need to take a few shots of liquor like warm brandy, if you cant do that try tripling the dose of nyquil but dint go over a safe limit and set your alarm for wake up time. WHat i just stated is a Psychological fact and cannot be debated, Your rhythm is off and the best way to fix it is what i just said, their is no other solution outside of taking sleeping meds, but they dont reset the rhythm they just knock you out.

hmm...try sleeping earlier and not have any drinks but water before bed because it'll keep you awake...especially coffee...use an alarm clock and wake up at the same time EVERYDAY and sleep at the same time everyday. Don't put your alarm clock next to you put it somewhere in your room far and out of sight near your bed :)
