Any blouse, frilly, pink, black.. neon. lol As long as its not too expensive. I think your "school girl" style, at least based by your photo example, could be considered an actual style called "Otome-kei" which literally means maiden-style. Here's more about it: http://lolita-indies.livejournal.com/3166.html That picture you posted looks like something that came out of shops like Forever21 (in fact, I saw they were selling that striped cardigan recently). Do keep in mind that while you're shopping, cheap often refers to cheap quality, not affordable. Lolita blouses that might suit your style may be over your price range because of the higher quality. The cheapest in those terms is probably going "off-brand" and shopping at places like Bodyline, egl_comm_sales, and Taobao. Here's a link that talks more about taobao and has a list of shops.
