Please help? Acne problems?

  • I have so much acne... Advice please? I have many easily popable tiny-medium pimples with white stuff in it.... Should I pop them or will they get better by themselves? I'm so self conscious and nearly no one at school has acne.... It's all over my forehead, nose, chin, and parts of my cheek. How can I clear up my skin or prevent them? I used to have very little but these last couple of days, they just ALL came out! (No exaggeration!) Maybe because I'm on my period or hormones? I don't know! Please help? No rude comments please, and any advice helps. Thanks! (:
