How to get rid of heat rash in between my boobs?

• Since I begun taking birth control pills, my breast grew big really fast. But now heat rash appeared in between my boobs because they're pressed together inside my bras so it becomes a bit hot and sweaty during the day I don't want to change my bras since they're new and I love them How can I get rid of the heat rash ? Can I apply something on it that will make it go away ? Thanks !

  When that area becomes occluded and humid, it will cause a fungal infection caused by candida. What you need to do is to keep the area as dry as possible and I suggest using cotton bras. You can get an over-the-counter anti-fungal cream preferably containing Miconazole and apply it twice daily for 10 days. Again, keeping the area dry is what you do, and I suggest you use a hairdryer (cold air mode) after you shower to make sure the area has completely dried off. Good luck.
