Do I have bad breath if I have tonsillitis?

• Since Friday morning (so it's going on five days) i've been feeling miserable. i woke up and my throat was dry and sore. it got so bad that i went to the nurse to go home early my temp was 2 points above. Saturday morning my throat was really dry and very very hard to breath and sore my temp was still 2 points above. Sunday morning I could barely breath and for many times I lost my breath completely and it scared the crap out of me My temp was only 1 points above. Very hard for me to even speak. I kept coughing like bloody hell and my throat was so sore and I felt like puking and when I coughed I tried to hold in a few because I felt other wise I'd throw up blood. Monday (today) I've been really dizzy and I keep getting this bzzzzzzzzzzz noise in my ears and I'm so sleepy. My temperature is average. I looked in the mirror at my throat and its red and in the very back theres this white clump, and it's pretty big. I saw it on Friday and thats why the Nurse let me go home but its grown alot. I looked up Tonsillitis and the pictures look similar to the back of my throat.I've been given medicine, and aspirin to help, but it's really not. What do you think it is? And should I see the doctors? My parents keep telling me its nothing but I've been locked up in my room this whole time and they only visit me for medicine and they don't see the pain I'm in right now. I dont know what to do
