Uknow.. I'm too fat and I have to loose weight.. around 10 kg.... I HAVE TOOOOO What I have started is eating smaller portions and working out from monday to friday... Is that the right way or whuuuuuut? HELP MEEEEEEEEE Hoooooow tooooooo looooooosssssseeeeeeee weeeeight in a heeaaalthy way.. I don't want to get any scars...... :ppppppp THANKS :D ^^
