How do I get super skinny legs?

  • I am fairly skinny, but my legs and thighs are kinda big. I want the legs that girls have. Extremly skinny, so I can wear super skinny jeans, the girl ones.

You should try with running or walking for at least an hour a day.Do sit ups,crunches,push ups and you will be fine.Eat more for breakfast less for dinner.Try without eating snacks like chocolate,candy bars,cake etc. and by that i mean start eat low fat foods!Dont eat anything after 18pm :) P.S. Try eating more vegetables,fruits and drink at least 2L of water every day. Hope i helped.Good luck!

inner thigh leg lifts. if you don't know what that is, youtube it. these helped me a lot. my goal is for a thigh gap and i think this workout is helping me a lot (: also, put an ice pack on the parts of your leg you want to be skinnier. this will basically burn fat in those areas
