What are some ways to tone your body?

  • hi, i am 20 years old and i am trying to lose like 20lbs and tone up my body in at least three months. i know some ways of doing it but i wanna know if there are other ways. soo if you could please share with me some ways of losing Weight and toning the body that has worked for you or has worked for someone you know, that would be great! thank you!!

Fixing a particular time and weight like 20lbs in three months etc makes you sub-consciously anxious and doesn't allow to reach your target.....
