Is it possible to get a 6 pack in 1 month?

Can I get a 6 pack in a month with my bad diet? I'm 13?

  • I'm 13. very unhealthy. eat chips and junk food a lot and never drink water. I'm 5ft, 7.5 stone. I have muscle. I want to get strong and healthy. Maybe a six pack. I was thing 500 pullups a day if possible, 200 in morning, 200 after school and 100 before bed and a few bycycle pull ups and taking my dog for walks and drinking 8 glasses of water.a day. less junk food. i have the smallest amount of fat on my stomach. This has to be an improvement? what do you guys think?

    Eat allot of veggies...and drink ALLOT of water if you do that I don't see why not...although you are going to have to work up to 500 push ups a day you need to start with like 10-20

I think that over working your muscles can be bad. That will cause muscle fatigue and it will not feel good. Do not continue the junk food. You can have some, but try not to. The amount of bad food you eat is dependent on how much you exercise. If you work your stomach everyday, I bet you will have a 6-pack in a month.

First off, pull-ups are a great exercise...but not to get a six-pack. :) And if you've been eating that unhealthy diet up until now, 500 ppull upsis going to be extremely tough. Start out with maybe 30 before/after school, and 15 before bed. Now on the six-pack thing. Do alot of ssit ups do as many as you can for a minute, or two minutes. Do 4 or 5 sets a day. Do bicycles (I forget the proper name). Also, do alot of cardio. Running, bicycling, and jumping rope are all great exercises. Taking your dog for a walk isn't going to get your heart pumping very fast. :) Try a .5 mile jog, or if you feel up to it, a mile jog, and increase time/distance from there. Good luck! Oh, and P.S. It's going to take more than a month. :)
