Which Is A Better way To Reduce Thighs? Running Or Riding A Stationary Bike?

  • Hi. I really really want to reduce my thighs(around 4 inches) in two months. First of all is it even possible to reduce thighs in two months? If not,which is a better way to reduce my thighs the fastest? Riding a stationary bike or running? Also suggest for how much time should I do it and at what speed? If there is anything else that will help me reduce my thighs in such a short period,please suggest.

    1. Running burns insanley more calories than any form of bike riding, in much much less time but you have to have the will power, and physical capability to keep it up. 2. You cannot burn fat in just one area, you have to lose fat overall - That means everything shrinks at once, not just the thighs. Eating healthy and excersise will almost always result in weight loss if done correctly.

Hmmm...I am a cyclist and I do about 30 miles a day and my thighs are big. Muscular, but big. So o don't think a stationary bike would be the way to go. Try lunges or the thigh machines at the gym.

Travelling lunges did the quick trick for me :)
