How to get a ripped 6 pack in 1 month?

  • Currently I am 6'1 195 lbs. Very Athletic build and able to get a 6 pack. I am an avid gym goer and cross-fitter. Though I am in shape, I would like more definition in my core. I am just looking for a couple specific workouts that work best, when put together into a circuit type workout, that will meet my desires of a ripped core. I already diet very well and am close to attaining my goals. Just looking for that extra knowledge. Thank you.

i'm pretty sure your bodyfat % has to be around 8% or less to have a six pack. so you better be close or you aren't getting a 6pack in a month.

Almost impossible. Sit ups, crunches. It is reeeally simple.. Just work your abs search up abdominal exercises... Drink water... Lol... Yeah.. ;)
