How do i get motivated to exercise?

How can i get motivated to do some exercise? I'm 16 and have a bit of a belly.?

  • I used to run on the tredmil and i lost lots of weight but not enough. I then went on holiday and since i've been back i simply can't be bothered to do any exercise. I just watch telly or play games. Any help? What exercise's can be fun to do and help lose weight?

Just one minute a day wil help. Try doing it whilst ads are on. Try some push ups, and its a start, I guess!!!

The answer is simple. Turn your brain off once you can do this, you will never be unmotivated again

When in the military, they are encouraged to do a few push ups multiple times per day. Never any big fancy workout. Works well for them (then theres ltos of cardio, which you may already get)

You're going to think I'm some dirty pervert whore or something but this helped me. One. Eat with your hands. I know it sounds weird and disgusting,but.... Eating with your hands actually sends little signals to the brain saying that you're eating, eating with cutlery kind of turns the brain off. Eating with your hands is not only natural and helps you learn to maintain your size after you loose the weight, but its kinda fun acting like a kid and eating with your hands. Another thing is - now you have less dishes to wash. Two I'm not a pervert and I'm DEFINITELY not telling you that you should use this specific method at your age, unless you already engage in these activities, then it doesn't really matter lol. But having sex burns more calories and is a more vigorous exercise than running for an hour every day. I think it was like 1 hour of sex 3 times a week is more than a daily hour off running, If you are comfortable with that then by all means, knock your self out. Sex is just as natural as eating. But like...I'm not telling you to go whore your self out or anything lol. Three. Pole dancing (now I sound like a slut damn it) is also good for your core. Its actually really good for the body. Its not like you gotta wear stripper heels and some skimpy out fit to do it. I'd do it, but I have precarious knees and I don't wanna be a handicap for another 6 months lol. And last. Play like, just dance3 for kinect. That's not easy lol. And its like...kinda real dancing if you know where to use it I guess. Also Laughing a lot really loudly is good for your back and standing up straight with a better posture definitely minimizes the APPEARANCE of a belly, also it keeps your body in good shape. I hope I didn't make it seem like I want you to be a stripper or a prostitute. That's not good, lol. P.S. Chub is love. Men will over look a belly. It may seem like a lie but, they prefer curves to skinny or overly fit girls because those kinda girls have bodies that more resemble a males own body. And I have a belly...I like it, its like a pillow, guys like something soft to cuddle, not some sharp bone-y hard thing. Embrace little bits of chub. Its playful. You probably don't have a single thing wrong with your belly. wow that's long. Also. Oranges will make you feel more awake and ready to do stuff. and eat cake and yummy stuff when you reward yourself your body will react well. Like not overly super crazy eat cake every minute, like 2 slices a week is okay even.
