How Long Does It Take for Adult Teeth to Grow?

How long will my canine teeth take to come in?

• I'm Fourteen and I still have my two front Canine teeth. They are loose but not completely wobbly yet and I can feel big bumps in my gums which I'm presuming are my adult Canine teeth. If I can already feel the bumps approximately how long will the adult tooth take to grow in so it looks at least a little bit normal? All answers are appreciated. Thank you.

  It shouldn't be long, your canines should be in by now, but if you can feel the bump and the baby ones are wobbly then don't worry! You would be concerned if one had come through but not the other. Give it a few weeks, if the baby ones don't come out go to the dentist, and they may help it along if it is bothering you, they may also take an x-ray make sure they aren't stuck or anything, but as I said if the bump is on the lip side of the gum then it should be ok.
