Does the saw ride at Thorpe park go upside down?

Going to Thorpe Park soon and was wondering if you have to go through Saw Alive to go on Saw the ride?

  • Me and some friends are going to Thorpe Park real soon. One or two of my friends don't want to go through Saw Alive but they do want to go on Saw the Ride. Do you HAVE to go through Saw Alive to get to the ride or can you just go on the ride on its own? I've heard the 'horror maze' is the queue to get in, is this true or can you skip the maze and go straight for the ride? Please help :)

  • Answer:

No don't worry, they are two different things so you can go on SAW The Ride without having to go on SAW Alive.

Saw Alive is a separate attraction in a separate building so you can go on Saw the Ride without having to go through the maze. The ride is pretty good and there are a few elements that they've included from the movies that fit quite well into the attraction. But a word of warning, the queues are massive, so getting a fast track might be worth it.

The Mockingjay
