How do you smoke shisha pipe?

  • I have never smoked shisha but i smoke cigarettes, i have seen people smoking shisha and lots of smokes comes out from them, someone told me it is like smoking 400 cigarettes and some people say that shisha is not harmful. Im going to friends party and they all will be smoking shisha and i dont want to be left out alone, so is it same as inhaling cigarettes?

    It's nothing like a cigarette. It is very light and usually flavored as some sort of fruit. You take big inhalations from the hookah and it does produce a lot of smoke, but it's a very light and almost refreshing sensation. It can be very relaxing.

It's just like flavoured smoke really. You just slowly take in the smoke in your mouth and then when you feel you've inhaled enough in your mouth, just open your mouth and the cloud of smoke will come out. Don't blow it out, just open your mouth and it will appear. If you're a bit nervous, try inhaling just a small bit first, then a bit more, etc, till you're happy with what you're doing :) Have fun and enjoy!
