I have some left over ground beef. I am soaking my rice right now to make it into a porcupine meatballs. I have 1 small can of condensed tomato soup. Though I will probably need more tomato liquid. I looked through my cabinets. I have tomato juice and sauce. Which one will be a good substitute for my meatball recipe?

Either one will work but if you use the sauce add one can of water as well.

tomato juice is too thin, and sauce is too thick. Mix a little sauce with the juice. It might taste a little funny, but it will be okay. Sunshine: QUIT ADVERTISING! Carmac: It will be WAY too watery.
