What is the most affordable and best university in Pennsylvania?

What are my college chances to top university like Pennsylvania Notre Dame Georgetown?

• All right, first some background info. I am 100% hispanic, I lived in Colombia for 6 years, I moved to Puerto Rico and lived there until I was 15. This summer I moved to NJ. I speak fluent english but much better spanish. As a freshman in PR my grades were: Italian I-96 English-96 Physics-94 Spanish 9 -93 Sociology-99 World History-98 Algebra II-93 The only Honors class was Algebra II, my school did not offer Honors classes. I made the varsity soccer team, I was treasurer for NJHS, I played for the best soccer club in PR. My school did not have clubs and things like that. This year however, I've had sort of a tough transition. My grades as a sophomore in New Jersey are pretty mediocre. They are: English H-95 +5=100 French I-99 US History I- 96 Bio H (pretty hard class, the average is around the mid Bs)-89+5=94 Precalc H (hardest class ever)-76+5=81 I made the varsity soccer team, I play for an Academy Club (one of the best if not the best in the state). Next year I'll be taking AP Bio, Chem, English H, Calc H, AP US History. I'm going to work my asss off to try and boost my GPA. I will also get more involved with school and join more things and do community service to improve my resume. Assuming I do pretty darn good next year (which I know I can) and knowing my background and my Academic and athletic "performance" these last two years plus around a 1900 SAT, what are my college chances to a top US University like Michigan Harvard, Notre Dame, Cornell, Duke, Pennsylvania? Being completely hispanic and spanish being my first language but knowing fluent english and throwing in 3 years of French (which I'm the best in my class) plus one year of Italian, pretty decent grades, being a pretty good soccer player what are my chances?
